质保条款

  1. 保修期

    (1)正常保修期限是从出厂日起一年。

    (2)产品所使用的配套件按照配套商保修规定进行保修。

    (3)若合同签订的保修期与上述不同,以合同条款为准。

  2. 保修范围

    在保修期内,出现下列问题均属于保修范围之内,我公司将为您负责免费维修

    (1)产品所使用的配套件按照配套商保修规定的范围进行保修。

    (2)运输过程中造成的故障(您负责运输除外)。

    在保修期内,下列问题不在保修范围之内,您将承担相应的维修费用:

    (1)未使用我公司原厂配件;

    (2)由于使用不当,未按规定进行保养或操作造成的故障(即未按《说明书》要求进行操作保养作业);

    (3)超出使用范围;

    (4)按您的要求到达交货地点后,非工作损坏。

  3. 保修及维修

    (1)您在故障发生时应及时通知我们公司,本公司将在接到通知后3小时内出发为您服务;

    (2)如更换配件,旧件应返回我公司;

    (3)用户保留故障总成或零件的原始状态,以便现场鉴定。在故障检查的基础上,确定故障责任:对属于产品质量问题所造成的故障,费用由我公司承担;对故障不是因产品本身质量问题造成的,一切与维修有关费用均将由您承担(费用包括有:备件费、运输费、差旅费及工时费)。发生故障,本公司承担保修范围内的修理费用,不承担保修范围外的间接费用。

  4. 服务项目

    为了让您更好地使用美通产品,我公司将为您提供以下服务:

    1、免费为您培训:操作、维护、保养人员、产品调试;

    2、免费为您供实施工技术咨询;

    3、提供原厂配件;

    4、提供有关产品使用操作内容等在内的产品说明书;

    5、为您提供开机验收报告:请您收到产品时及时协同本公司售后人员做好开机验收。再将产品投入使用

Warranty terms:
